Troubleshooting

I don't see the Plus badge after activation

Sign out of ChatGPT completely and sign back in. If the badge still doesn't appear after 30 minutes, send @kkremoter_supportbot your order ID — usually a cache issue.

I gave the wrong email and Karkar4 already activated it

Send Support both emails — we can usually migrate the activation, or if not, we'll give you a credit toward a re-activation on the correct email.

ChatGPT keeps signing me out / asking for a verification code
